Oil – Detergent Filling Machines

VOLUMETRIC OR LOTCELL BOTTLING LINE

 PET bottles that produced  in LİNEAR or ROTARY PET BLOWERS reach to VOLUMETRIC (LOTCELL) FILLING CAPPING MACHINE by air conveyors. 

( In our oil filling machines include  rinsing with air  section ıf customer needs.)  PET bottles are transferred to O.P.P. Labelling Machine or Sticker Labelling  machine after filling and capping processes .

 After labelling process with labels appurtenant to customer, PET bottles are got arranged in rows of Accumulator Conveyors. And finally the bottles are gotten ready for dispatching with Universal Palletizer.

 Bottling line length and line machines are being planned specially referring to producing capacity needs. Bottling line types for different capacities  are listed as below.

 Settlement plans are specially designed for each customer referring to the plants.

 Projecting can be done due to  capping system and bottles’ types (glass-pet).
